Miura Zao Soba (Buckwheat Noodles) 200g

It's soba from Yamagata Prefecture, one of Japan's most renowned soba places. Full of nutrients and easy to make, you can hardly go wrong with this packet of dried soba noodles. These noodles are made from a combination of wheat and buckwheat flours, giving them the smooth texture of wheat flour but the added nutrients of buckwheat flour. Best served cold with tsuyu soup.
