This product recreates the famous Choya plum wine flavour using Japanese plums and German wine. Pleasantly sweet fruity taste with exotic fruity aroma and tartness from the Japanese ume fruit (plum) balanced by European wine. Ume materials are produced in Japan and brought to Germany for bottling.
